Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

All orders placed with NFCWala.com are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed, confirmed, processed, customized, configured, dispatched or delivered.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Many NFCWala.com products are prepared, programmed or configured specifically for the customer. This may include NFC link configuration, QR code configuration, business review links, social media profile links, WhatsApp links, website links or other customer-specific information.

Because of this customized and configured nature, products cannot normally be resold or reused for another customer. Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it is treated as a final sale.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing, customization, printing, NFC programming, QR code generation or configuration work has started.

NFCWala.com reserves the right to decide whether an order can be cancelled before processing begins. Any cancellation acceptance, if offered, will be at the sole discretion of NFCWala.com.

Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for providing correct information, including business name, URLs, review links, social media links, WhatsApp numbers, contact details and any other configuration information required for the product.

NFCWala.com will not be responsible for incorrect NFC or QR configuration caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. Such cases are not eligible for refund.

Product Colour & Appearance

Product colours, printing shades, acrylic appearance and screen-displayed images may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, manufacturing batches or printing processes. Minor variations of this nature are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, materially defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact NFCWala.com promptly with photographs or videos of the received product and packaging.

After verification, NFCWala.com may, at its discretion, provide repair, reconfiguration or replacement of the affected product. No monetary refund will be provided.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, location restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery delays alone do not make an order eligible for cancellation or refund.

NFC & Device Compatibility

NFC functionality depends on the customer's smartphone model, NFC capability, device settings, operating system and other technical factors. QR code access also depends on the device camera, internet connection and destination link availability. Device-specific compatibility issues are not grounds for refund.

Third-Party Platforms

NFCWala.com products may link to third-party platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or other websites and services. Changes, restrictions, outages, account issues or policy changes on third-party platforms are outside the control of NFCWala.com and do not qualify the product for refund.

All Sales Are Final

By placing an order with NFCWala.com, you acknowledge and agree that the order is non-refundable and that all sales are final, subject only to any replacement or correction that NFCWala.com may approve for a verified defective or incorrect product.
